A_Change

A Change Review the Obama Plan on healthcare and summarize the plan. Additionally identify which areas you agree with and/or and explain your position using peer-reviewed journals and the text to support your position. Will congress be able to overcome such difference and, if not what suggestions do you have for President Obama on a bi-partisan approach to health. A change has got to come unto the Americans is what President Obama brought to the American people through his campaign. (Dissent Magazine, pg.1) Many supported this change while, many went against the fact that we needed a change. The word change is what got President Obama the seat in the white house and his ideas were off the roof. Again, many still questioned Obama and the way he was going to run the office of being the President of the United States. Obama foretold the people in congress, the citizens and other nations who were listening that change; don’t just appear over night that it would take time. Time would consist of a lot of long nights, decision making, and dotting out eyes or crossing T’s. He also stated that many would oppose to some of the decisions that he would make but he would work until the change would take effect. If you looks at what has happened to what has went on you will see that congress has fought against everything that Obama has brought to the table for them to look at. It makes you wonder will they accept him or will they continue to make themselves look guilty. You asked me what I think, well I think they need to cut him some slack because if the health reform causes death then let it be because no one has been brave enough to say that the war that Busch caused has played a part in what is going on. If you even thought about it for a second you would see that his intentions was to take away the Social Security and Medicare period for the elderly and not only that but to give them nothing in return. At least Obama is giving them some kind of hope to rely on and they don’t have to be diagnosed with a deadly disease in their thirties and don’t just die out. Congress and many other people would rather sit around and watch people die than to come out of their pockets to help these people. Who care if they are short, small, old, another race, color or from another country. Listen too yourselves they are still people who are in need and no one can convince me otherwise to look over just some because of what their origins are. It makes me a little angry because that’s the same way that the African American was done through slavery. They discriminated against us and we were treated like we were nothing. I refuse to go back to that and I refuse to be racist in any matter, over a couple of dollars out of my paycheck. If you look at it many are waisting money anyway and a lot of people can’t even tell you what they did with at the end of the day. Obama stated in his campaign that each American would be affected by change and Obama clearly states that change only comes about by starting from the bottom up. (Dissent Magazine, pg.5, 9/21/2009) He goes on to make a remarkable statement that would have some of us to think but maybe others to just question his ideas. Obama made clear reviews on a touchy subject for the African Americans considering that many were beaten, killed and went to jail for change. (Dissent Magazine, pg.5, 9/21/2009) The facts shows that they aren’t really facts because what it’s truly stating to me is no one can truly predict anything but you can rely on common sources. One of the most common sources would be the “Pledge of Allegiance” and the one thing that stands out is “which it stand as one nation, under God, with liberty with justice for all. Now, you know that it states to us to the “Republic for which we stand. So that tells us right now that the Republics will all ways try to rule in the white house. The way these Republicans and nay- Sayers are truly stating to the world is that our President is an uneducated black man that doesn’t know what he’s talking about and will basically lead everyone down the wrong road. If you look at the forty- three presidents that has already served their time as President, then you will see that no one truly helped America but one and that was President Kennedy.(Dissent Magazine,2009) He really served as a true President to help all nations, race, and the poor. My own opinion is Barak Obama is faced with some of the same characteristics because he is trying to bring all nations together, all races together, and trying to help the poor. He served as a lawyer, a law professor, an elected official and a community organizer. (Dissent Magazine, 2009) Think about what makes him different from all the rest of the Presidents that have served in office and my only two solutions is that he is a black male, who has a Muslim background but claims to be Christian. They are the only things that people find so intimidating because he might just come in and help his own kind. I look at this President as being the one who will continue with the civil rights movement. Now with all that in mind what Obama is trying to do is help those that can’t help themselves. You mean to tell me that you would hate to help someone that is in need, I don’t care how big of need they are in you will put of limit on it because of the cost. Then, Obama don’t have the problem then you do. You need to go to the father and tell him I don’t want to help these people because it will cost too much or it may not work, or I have something else in mind to do with my time and money. Stop using God to achieve greed because on the back of every dollar the United States has put “In God we trust”. I can’t tell, because if we trusted God some of us wouldn’t be so worried of how this health reform will turn out. So who is saying now that Obama is trying to give each American a new start to life, and to be a US citizen' I would like to encourage whoever read this to read the book of Judges in the holy bible (The Holy Bible, The King James Version), and there, you will find that Barak who is a Politian is granted by God to stand before a nation and bring about changes upon the people. Also the word Barak means “victory” (The Illustrated Bible Dictionary, pg43) and I would apply the biblical into the natural because only then will you understand that there is something greater and why Obama is doing what he’s doing. You can’t go against God’s plan and you will not win if you even try to fight it. The Health Reform is living proof that somewhere the health field bared corruptible seeds. See I can’t allow statistics to dictate to me what will happen and I will not allow statistics to generate my future because God has called us blessed people in this generation. It wouldn’t be right if I wouldn’t leave the people without pure biblical knowledge because the bible tells us that his people perish for the lack of understanding. (Proverbs,) The bible also tells us that when we find understanding then we find the knowledge of God. (Proverbs 2:5) The knowledge is way beyond this world but it’s to the point where we are to lean not to our own understanding but to the lord’s. I find it hard to speak on a subject that is filled with so much controversy and is just wishy-washy. The bible tells us to let our answers be nay if we don’t have an answer for something. There are plenty of scriptures that tell us of what is really going on today and they are: 1. Matthew 24 and 25- These scriptures clearly states to us the coming of Christ and what to expect in his coming. 2. Revelation-6- This clearly states to us of what to look for in his coming. a. White horse- which mean Satan himself has been released (antichrist) b. Red horse- which was the horse that will take away peace from the earth ( Wars) c. Black horse- which is famine (you work a whole day and receive nothing for your wages.) d. Pale horse- which is death ( this horse brings war, sickness, and starvation) Now with that in mind can you see that Obama brought the change and you can’t stop God’s plan. That’s why it’s important to do more studying of God’s work instead of these politics because if you have him then there is no worry. It was already prophesized that these things would happen. To know God is to suffer and if you’re not suffering then I would be worried because it is him that is preparing his people for what is about to come. I had to rely to mainly rely to the bible for my sources because I know this for as being the truth.
