Windows XP Organizational Analysis Paper Through this course I have learned a lot about myself and the organizations I am affiliated with at this time. For many years, I have been a leader and a member of an organization called CYSA. CYSA stands for California Youth Soccer Association. This organization has really impacted my life in many ways, especially through Soccer as a sport. Prior to playing soccer I did not have the moral or responsibilities that I have today. Now through this organization and soccer it has taught me responsibility and for most has given me the confidence to take on life head on. I believed this organization has helped many people in the community but when I stop to think the other end of the stick, there are many problems. For one thing I believe the president of the organization is not in it for the sport but he is in for the money. There is a lot of politics in any sport when it comes to money. This league and organization groom the best of the best when it comes to talented soccer players.
