Sports Quest to the NBA When I turned one year old I started dribbling a basketball. My parents knew that I was a basketball stud. Ever since then I have not gone many days without touching a basketball, and I practice every day. I started in a league when I was four years old and have played in the same league ever since. I am trying out for the sanderson basketball team this year for the second year in a row. I have always dreamt of playing in the NBA, and I think that if I work hard enough I can achieve that goal. My quest is that I want to play in the NBA some day. I am glad that I started playing basketball at a young age so that I can go through all the experiences of playing the game. When I was ten years old I played on an AAU team and six out of eight plays were drawn up for my shot. After the third game I was worn out and I understood that I couldn’t handle every play going towards me, and I fell to my limitations.
