Position Paper I enrolled into the Organization and Administration of Athletics class because it is a required course for the completion of my Sport Administration degree. At first I did not know who the professor of the class was supposed to be, but when I saw Kevin Fite was teaching it, I knew I would learn a lot because of his experience as a successful administrator with the NCAA and the University of Houston. After accomplishing my Sport Administration degree from the University of Houston, I would like to pursue a career in coaching at any level. My father was a coach, and I would like to influence and help further develop football/track athletes. I know that my father left a lasting effect on many of his former athletes’ minds for years down the road.
