Philosphy Of Coaching The philosophy of coaching is different for each and every coach. If every coach had the same philosophy than the game would be boring. My philosophy can be summed up in the following points. 1. I will make a point to learn something from everyone that I come into contact with on a daily basis. At the same time I will be sure to teach something as well. 2. I coach and expect my players to play each game for 40 minutes. I expect them to give 100% and have no regrets at the end of the game. At the buzzer win or lose we will be successful. I will promote the importance of teamwork. 3. I as well as my team will show great pride toward our college. We will work hard every day to improve the basketball program and at the same time improve the college. We will give back to the community that gives to our program by volunteering in the local community. 4. I will attend as many coaching clinics as humanly possible. It is important to learn program, players, give, game, coaching, time, same, philosophy, learn, every, coach, something, make, love, just, improve, important, importance, expect, each, community, college, clinics, 100%, work, win, while, way, volunteering, very, until, try, toward, techniques, teamwork
