Players are sought out and admired by fans and because of this popularity, these players have written books, endorsed commercial products, and found successful and rewarding careers by playing a game. American's great grandparents, grandparents and parents have been brought up with it and these parents teach the sport to their children. When the notion of baseball comes to mind of Americans, a feeling of nostalgia and tradition has to come to mind.
