Advance Weight Training Advanced Weight Training 1. Goals My goal as during my 8-week program is three fold. First of all I want to increase my muscle mass. Second of all I would like to be a stronger and fitter all around person for my day- to - day activities. I feel this will provide me with a better quality of living. Third off I would like to become a stronger, faster and more powerful. I feel that becoming stronger and faster with increase my potential as a athlete on the lacrosse field. My goals for my long term lifting are to obtain a more toned and defined body structure so I feel healthier and better about myself. In the past I have had reoccurring injuries to my shoulder, but I do not feel that they will limit my ability to train successfully. In the past I have had trouble with my knees that could prohibit my ability to complete certain exercises. But my current program has no exercises that I believe could cause any further injury. For my 8 week lifting program I would like to obtain a better overall physique. I would also like to increase my strength and fitness level to better triceps, maximus, gluteus, , db, body, abdominal, hamstring, group, feel, deltoid, brachia, better, anterior, training, raise, muscle, lifting, increase, weight, ups, trapezius, stronger, shoulders, rotations, program, past, lower, long, lacrosse, groups, full, field, exercises, certain, bench
