Inequality: Race And Ethnicity There are many problems with affirmative action. It was flawed from the beginning. The biggest problem with it is reverse discrimination. What sense does it make to take favoritism over one group or another' Does it really solve anything' I’ve always thought the best person should be picked, whether it is for a job, college admission or anything else. Why should a company hire someone who is not going to be as profitable as someone with higher skills' It makes no sense to tell someone, or a company, that they have to hire to meet a quota for a minority. Again, you get into reverse discrimination, and it doesn’t make sense to discriminate now, to make up for past wrong doings of some of our ancestors. What is wrong with Reverse Discrimination' There are so many problems with affirmative action in its current form. The very meaning seems to be obviously wrong. It doesn’t seem to be helping anyone, not even the people it was intended to help. No one should be chosen or not chosen because of color, race, creed, or called, should, make, sense, one, wrong, very, someone, reverse, people, just, it’s, group, generations, discrimination, didn’t, black, anything, american, african-american, wanted, thought, take, simply, simple, say, roots, right, referred, problems, person, makes, job, hire, heritage
