This is slowly rising to become the greatest thing that Ohio and the north have ever witnessed. It will lessen the transfer time and improve the rate of exchange or the country. The ports are being constructed and the boats are being moved in. the estimated time for completion is heard to be around the end of the presidency, around 1844 or later. The estimated cost for this is around $20 million dollars. This will make the biggest revolution in Cleveland and Ohio’s time. The Plain Dealer has been released now and has been successful.
