But what makes people go eat at McDonalds or Taco Bell' What makes fast food so special' In recent society, people are busier than ever and have no time to eat as a family. The mother gets off late from work, so she gets some food to go, father is still in a meeting so he picks up fast food on the way home, sister is out with her buddies from school and they decide to get some grub and chill, brother is still at football practice so he wont be able to eat until later that night. This effects the family as a whole because you don’t get to spend quality time at a dinner table every evening. But then again it’s the most convenient thing to do. Food isn’t just anything but a source that feeds the hungry.
