Paige Caudell Abstract This is my persuasive paper for my English 112 class; the subject that my group and I chose to do is affirmative action. The decision to do this topic was an arbitrary choice and frankly I was not happy with it. As I had no choice to argue the matter I began compiling information and facts to start writing these series of papers required of this class. For this persuasive paper I am choosing to focus on affirmative action in schools, both public and private. I will be evaluating the positives and negatives of enforcing affirmative action laws in schools, affirmative action laws concerning extra-curricular activities, and why we need affirmative action in schools.
