Raising Productive Members In Society Raising a productive member of society is a life long process. It starts at infancy and ends adulthood. The parents of a child are the main contributors of how a child will be raised. They will introduce the basic ideas of right and wrong, goods or bad, which will have a life long lasting effect. The mother has a special bond with the child that is very important for development. The mother supplies the basic needs for a child like food and emotional support. This paper talks about the interactions between the primary care giver and the child in which one affects the other directly and indirectly. It affects the mother and child directly in the sense that if the child is crying for any reason like the diaper that needs to be changed, or if the infant is hungry, the mother responds by changing the diaper or feeding the child. The mother can also affect the infants emotional growth if she does not provide enough emotional stimulus such as, holding, playing , or other inter actions.
