Geder In The Workplace GENDER IN THE WORKPLACE Gender in the workplace has been an ongoing debate between people. There are some people who believe that men should be superior to women because of a variety of different issues, and there are some people who believe that no matter what the sex of the person is, it should not matter, it should depend upon the quality of work that is done. I am one of the people that believe that women in the workplace are a hazard to the security of a companies future. When a woman is hired for a job the employer hires her with the expectations that she will be capable of performing her duties permanently. However, this is not always the case, women have special considerations that a man does not have to deal with. A man does not have to take maternity leave or worry about raising an infant.
