Abortion: The “Selfish“ Choice The topic of abortion is a very controversial one these days. Both sides of which present very logical arguments to support their side of the issue. It really is a matter of morals and the exact situation which is being discussed. Abortion itself is a very gruesome and frightening procedure. Though some say that at times it is necessary (I believe this is only true for situations which are a matter of life and death). The pro-choice side often presents the claim that, “A woman should have the right to make her own choice. It’s her body!” The sad thing though is that a lot of young girls these days take advantage of that and look to abortion as a method of “birth control” (if you can even call it that). People who are pro-choice also bring up scenarios of women who are too young or too poor to raise a child, or who are victims of rape and did not choose at all to become pregnant. There are also those who suffer from certain medical disorders and cannot deliver a child without endangering the child and/or themselves. It is because of these certain situations that the United States cannot make abortion abortion, child, very, though, should, pro-choice, one, mother, it’s, cannot, young, women, support, suffering, situations, side, really, procedure, now, necessary, mistake, matter, make, given, give, days, control, choose, certain, birth, believe, being, afterwards, after, adoption, accounts
