In some countries abortion is legal, in other countries it is a crime. Some people think abortion is brutal murder and others say it is the key to a new world for women. A woman's right to have an abortion is a question of morals, health, politics, and her reproductive rights. However in the court case of “Roe verses Wade” back in January of 1973 the United States Supreme Court overturned all existing abortion laws in the country. Their rulings stated that human offspring are not persons "in the whole sense" any time before birth. The pro-choice people also believe that a fetus is not human, just a mass of tissue.
