9/11 As we get out of the tunnel, I hear a really loud noise. I look up, and I see a plane flying so low. It is about 100 feet above the car. I feel my heart start to pound, my stomach begins to twist and turn and I feel like throwing up all of my breakfast. Something isn’t right. I turn my face and look inside the car next to me; by the expression on their faces, I could tell that they feel uncertainty too. I look up again, and it seems like the plane is going to crash into one of the towers. I think to myself, “No way.” By the time I am done saying this in my head, it happened. A plane went right through one of the Twin Towers. The flames start to rise out of the building. It looks like a movie. The flames go straight up into the air and form black clouds. All of a sudden, traffic came to a halt. My mother snaps out of the state of shock she was in. Over and over again she mutters, “We have to get out of New York now.” The only thing I can 911, out, plane, one, just, trying, something, over, myself, ever, understand, people, mother, government, everyone, way, thought, look, life, happened, couldn’t, brother, because, am, again, about, turn, traffic, time, think, tears, never, need, let, heart, head, happening
