Working In Groups Working in Groups I have had many experiences working in groups in the past eighteen years of my life. Some have been more difficult than others while some have posed other problems. However, in all of my experiences I have learned that there are three important things to successfully working in a group. While in high school I played football for four years. This is one example of working in a group. On a football team, there are at least thirty people that are all working towards the same goal, a victory. They all have to work together as one. If everyone wants to do there own thing the team could never achieve any kind of victory. This requires the first step in working in a group, trust. Everyone on the team has to trust each other to do his or her job. This takes months even years of working together, but without trust you are going nowhere. Also while in high school I was a part of student government. This has also proven difficult. There are many different people who have been elected by a student body to represent there opinion. These opinions often conflict with others making it very difficult sometimes working, group, together, people, team, others, each, years, work, without, trust, three, successfully, student, steps, step, live, groups, family, difficult, while, victory, very, tough, things, takes, school, requires, place, person, part, opinions, one, need, kind, important
