Hamlet Good Hamlet Hamlet was told by a Ghost of his father, that Claudius the King, Hamlets Uncle, killed him. But upon hearing this, what was Hamlet to do' A Swiss bodyguard always surrounded the King: how was Hamlet to get at him' Was he then to accuse him publicly of the murder' If he did how would he prove the charge' All he had to offer in proof was a ghost story. Hamlet had to delay on his plan to kill Claudius. Everyone would think he was mad if he cried out the king was a murderer. He delayed killing the king so he could make sure everyone knew Claudius was the murderer of his father. Hamlet struggles in his emotions, but in the end Hamlet proves Claudius’s guilt. If Hamlet let out outrageous comments about a Ghost and murder, people would have claimed him mad or worse sent him away. Hamlet could not figure out what to do about killing Claudius so he waited. An acting group came to the kingdom and immediately he arranged for a play-scene, hoping Claudius would betray his guilt to the whole court. Unfortunately Claudius did not. Immediately after the play Hamlet found the king defenseless hamlet, claudius, king, hamlet’s, out, ghost, because, himself, time, father, conscience, back, play, kill, england, end, proves, murder, mind, melancholy, man, life, kingdom, killed, just, death, voyage, towards, thinking, sword, sure, state, should, says, right, public
