The world has achieved brilliance without conscience. Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants General Omar Bradley. Our lives revolve around the makings of our thinking. Yet, in retrospect, nations have realized that with great benefit also come equal or greater consequences. Restrictions have begun stopping evils of science. The first look at ethics in science were seen with the after math of the second world war; we continue to see some ethical restriction with current technology and can only hope to see it in the future.
