Sleeping Disorders “Sleeping Disorders” Sleeping disorders can affect ones’ life in many ways. I just found out about some disorders that some people might not even think really exist. In chapter five they give examples of some sleeping disorders that many people have heard of like sleep walking, insomnia, and so on. In class we watched a video were this guy was sound asleep and would get up in the middle of the night to eat food. They set up a video camera in the kitchen and then the next day they showed it to him and he was like I do not even remember doing any of this. He really wanted help because his sleeping disorder was causing him to gain weight. If I would have not seen this in class I don’t think I would believe this story to be true. There was also this boy and a girl that could not get up everyday and would sleep enormous amounts of time. The young boy said he has slept ten days at a time and has missed so much because sleeping, disorders, because, think, people, know, even, don’t, disorder, about, time, sleep, really, out, might, lot, glad, five, class, am, young, walking, video, things, talk, slept, one, just, doing, different, boy, believe, weight, ways, watched, wanted
