Many people have the question, does music affect the brain. Yet does anyone truly know the answer this question' Were not sure. If music does affect the brain, then the bigger question is what kind of music will affect it more' With bands like Metallica, and Limp Bizkit out today, not a lot of people are exposed to more of a classical music environment. Which, most people say will affect the brain more than any other kind of music.
According to The Mozart Effect Research Center, music does not only affect the brain, it can affect everything and everybody, causing families to get along better, and helping people to remember things better. This effect on people is called the Mozart Effect.
The Mozart Effect is an inclusive term signifying the transformational powers of music in health, education, and well-being. It represents the general use of music to reduce stress, depression, or anxiety; induce relaxation or sleep; activate the body; and improve memory or awareness. Innovative and experimental uses of music and sound can improve listening disorders, dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, autism, and other mental and physical disorders and injuries.
