Theory of Evolution Q: Why you think the theory of evolution does/doesn't contradict the Bible. In my opinion, the theory of evolution does not contradict the Bible. I feel this way because when the Bible, like anything else, has to be taken into the context of how it was written. Also, you must understand the genre in which the literature was written to fully adsorb what is meant. Through this, I believe that the Bible was written according to evolution, but in its own interpretation of what really happened.
