GOD June 6 Father's Day is coming soon. Jesus is the perfect role model of a father. He could give us, His children, everything our hearts desire. But He doesn't. He knows the weakness of our hearts. Instead he gives us everything His heart desires for us. He teaches us how to be patient, how to be generous, how to be selfless, how to be loyal, how to be forgiving, how to be responsible, and how to persevere. In the name of Jesus, I pray that all fathers in our nation will look to Jesus as the Perfect Example of how to be a father. June 7 It is said that Martin Luther was stewing about his problems one day when suddenly he noticed his wife wearing a black armband. He asked her, "Who died'" She replied, "God died. He must have; you're not trusting Him anymore but trying to take everything into your own hands." Martin Luther got the message and realized how foolish he had been. I thank you LORD that my life is not in my inadequate hands, but in your perfectly capable loving hands. Help me to remember that and to lean on you rather than on my own god, lord, jesus, sin, pray, hosea, message, heart, people, one, name, life, help, spirit, shall, real, must, friend, everything, doing, ask, word, today, special, say, said, obedience, hos, himself, hands, god's, give, even, effects, belong, amen, june, working, work, without, willing, wife, whale, tough, today, three, thank, tell, take, story, stones
