Most of these groups live in separate neighborhoods, such as Chinatown, Brighton Beach, Bensonherst, Harlem. There will be made every effort possible to explain why these neighborhoods were created. The first very important reason is culture. Some people come to The United States as adults, and they are used to their native literature. For some people it is very important to live with the people who share the same religion. For example, Sea Gate neighborhood was created by religious Jews. Sea Gate Jews have their own Synagogues where they pray everyday. And they have their own libraries where they can find religious literature. The next but not the last reason is language. For some people it is very hard to learn new language, so they prefer to live with the people who speak their native language. It is very helpful to people who just came to The United States to live, shop, communicate using their own language.
