The Mind Body Problem
Argument for Gods Existence
The question on the existence of God has plagued man since our conception. It was our way as humans of explaining why things are the way they are. Humans cannot settle for not knowing, so any available is always welcome. What I believe bears no importance on the topic; I would hope that there is a God because it would seem like an awful waste, to create something just to have it ultimately destroyed.
This breaks the world into two groups: Spirituality and Science. Science finds it difficult to believe that an all powerful being could create all the matter in the universe and still have time to watch over all he has created. Spirituality finds it hard to swallow that we all live basically to die serving no real purpose. If there is nowhere to go after we die, then why live at all' If science was correct then it would seem like the cycle of life would eventually have to stop somewhere, not just on earth but in this vast universe.
The first cause argument is the most valid dispute to me because everything starts with one. Nothing can be made from zero, and you
