Do Humans Have Souls When deciding whether or not humans, living things, and animals have souls you have to look at what makes up a soul. One of the major factors in a soul is decidedly the ability to have free will. It is a fact that humans and most living things posses free will therefore because of this ability they must have souls. Animals are capable of emotions, they are capable of thought, and they have their instincts. What is stopping them from having a soul' Humans are animals too, if they have a soul, than wouldn't other animals have one too If living things didn’t posses free will then we would be classified as machines, a machine can be programmed to do anything. A dog growls when it’s angry. This is a simple form of expression. We are programmed to have feelings; these feelings prompt action in a situation where action is required for survival. It is just one of those side effects that we use feelings to create as well as survive. In the sense of creation it is know that that humans create art, such as writing poetry, painting a picture, acting onstage, all this art is very beautiful. soul, free, self, humans, create, things, spiritual, one, must, mind, machine, consciousness, cannot, basis, animals, therefore, something, seen, person, living, feelings, exists, brain, action, able, within, type, thought, tangible, souls, since, simple, really, real, programmed, posses
