Individuals or corporations hire PR representatives to help them make a speech that will sound well and wont be misinterpreted. The PR is very good at staging events and having everything prepared ahead of time. They know exactly what needs to be said, how it needs to be said, when, and who should be the one to say it. They know how to make people listening like it. The PR companies are able to do this so well because they study people and their feelings. They know what the public likes to hear and they know how to give it to them exactly the way they want to hear it. Almost everything you see reported has a PR representative making it happen. One way or another they get it reported. If a PR consultant has a client who needs a product to be advertised, then they are going to get that to happen.
