Gun Control Gun Control The topic of gun control is one of the most controversial issues of today. It is a popular debate, but has now also become one of the key reasons people choose to vote for a particular presidential, senatorial, or any other type of candidate. Is there another solution, or is gun control the only answer to help stop crime, terrorism, and tragic accidents' I believe that if we as a society lack the good sense to take responsibility for our own actions or even control ourselves, then we are lost regardless of whatever laws the senate tries to pass. Gun control is not the answer; we should instead concentrate on training and controlling the people who are using these firearms.
