Strengths And Weaknesses It is very difficult to write about your own strengths and weaknesses. The biggest problem I encountered while trying to do so, is getting an objective viewpoint. If you were to ask me, I think I am either the greatest person in the world or the worst person in the world, depending on the time and the day you asked me. I realized I needed to get some more objective viewpoints. The first method I used was to ask people who knew me well what they thought about me. My kids saw my strengths in terms of the allowance I give them and stated my major weakness as “you yell too much and make us clean up our room.” My wife said my major strengths were reliability and then said my main weakness was that I lacked self-confidence. She also said my inability to find my own clean underwear could be considered a weakness but didn’t want to explain further. When I asked some close friends and co-workers, they also stated that I was reliable, a hard worker that could be counted on at all times, but they expressed the same views as my wife, that I lacked self-confidence in skills, am, work, good, about, feel, weakness, wife, things, strengths, perfectionist, out, life, lack, because, attitude, willing, strength, said, projects, plan, personal, comes, along, writing, worker, weaknesses, very, time, think, team, self-confidence, right, people
