Adderall was formally known as Obetrol up until April of 1994, but the formula has not changed since the 1970’s. Before the public was aware that it was used for ADD and ADHD, students at prep schools and high pressure colleges discovered it and used it as an alternative to caffeine, speed, or to just reach a natural high. Adderall is a very strong stimulant. Adderall comes in two different forms, both available in double- scored tablets but ten and twenty milligrams. The ten-milligram pill is blue and the twenty-milligram pill is pink. It should be taken whole, do not break, crush, or chew before swallowing. It can be taken with or without food.
