This method is more informal. The quantitative research included numerical data that we gather under standardized conditions. We have summarized this information and placed data into a statistical analysis. By using formal instruments we have put the subjective information that we gathered from your workers into objective numerical scales. I feel this method was more scientifically based and has produced the highest level of reliability and validity. By using both methods, we have obtained the perspective of your workers and the required goals for your company to become a successful.
