Ads Ad Description After the tragedy on September 11th, citizens of the United States have exposed their patriotic feelings. Children sing the national anthem and flags are flying everywhere. This includes magazines. The particular ad I chose for an analysis depicts a glossy blue guitar with an American flag waving in the background. The guitar seems small in comparison to the flag. Or does the flag seem large' I think the flag is big to represent the large show of patriotism in America. The guitar is a small yet powerful way of conveying patriotism. One could play many songs in tribute to America on this instrument. The black outlines at the top and bottom of the ad tend to make the guitar stand out more. The guitar is called The New American Series Stratocaster. It is a classic, comparable to the original bubble gum flavor. No matter how many new flavors come along, the original is always the best. The same idea applies to the guitar. Although it is a new model, in retrospect, it is still the guitar that started it all.
