The lack of governmental programs for he care of the health and the low economical standard in these countries are attributes of the low abortion rate. Of coarse, this procedure is available for any person, whenever they have the most sufficient monetary resources. Abortion is more than a political, social, or economical subject. It is a very serious sin that entails the blame and destruction in the life of a woman, and as a result, society in general. God has called us to be a light in the world.
