Court Summary The court room observation took place at Hamilton County Municipal court, downtown on 1000 Main Street. I sat in on two cases out of two different court rooms pertaining to criminal cases. In the first case the court room participants where, the attorney for the plaintiff and the defendant had two attorneys. Along with the bailiff and the presiding Judge. In the second case there was only one defense attorney and an attorney for the plaintiff. The first case was Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at 9:15am. The court room participants were the Plaintiff’s attorney Kevin Hardman, the Defendant’s attorneys Barry R. Levy and William R. Gallagher, the defendant Gary Wilson and the Judge Patrick Dinnelacker. The case was State of Ohio verses Gary Wilson. Gary Wilson was an African American, twenty-eight year old male. His charge was possession of cocaine #2925-11A ORCN. The court room appearance was small but also crowded. People were sitting waiting for there case to be called. Some people you could tell this was their first time in a court room.
