Sexual Harassment PROJECT PURPOSE The main purpose of this project is to analyze whether or not sexual harassment is an important issue in the Malaysia work place. PROJECT OBJECTIVES The main objectives of this project are: 1. To understand the scope and definition of sexual harassments 2. To analyze the issue of sexual harassment at the workplace especially in Malaysia 3. To understand the law, which related with sexual harassment in Malaysia 4. To identify the behavior that is legally considered to be sexual conduct and ways to prevent sexual harassment in the work place SCOPE OF STUDY This research is expected to cover the following areas: 1. The behavior that is legally considered to be sexual conduct 2. The reasons behind sexual harassment 3. The consequences of the sexual harassment 4. The code of practice in Malaysia 5. Sexual harassment issues 6. Penalties for sexual harassment LIMITATIONS OF STUDY This research is based on secondary data, which collected from the Internet, books, magazines and journals.
