Family Planning Family Planning The issue of family planning is closely linked to what is called “ Population Explosion”. For sometime population growth was relatively slow; the number of dying was about the same as the number of people who were born. To look at it in another way, the number of people on this planet is presently increasing by about 170 people per minute. That adds up to 250,000 people everyday, enough to start another single city. This also means the population increases 90 million per year. That would be the equivalent of three Canada’s. This growth is occurring in all parts of the world With modern scientific advances , diseases that often caused death were now being able to be treated. The number of people were starting to increase. This made the government start to worry and decided that maybe it would be a wise idea to limit the population growth through family planning. A good example of this is, suppose a farmer owns ten acres of land. If he has ten children and divides the land equally among all ten children they will each I acre of family, children, people, land, population, number, planning, government, food, ten, one, much, make, lot, just, growth, each, care, born, after, year, very, unemployed, trouble, time, tenth, start, spiritual, resources, physical, per, often, means, increase, health, having, hard, equally, enough, couples, consider, child, big, another, about, able, being, worsen
