My Battles My Battles Because of my eating disorder and over exercising, it affected my everyday life, my friends and co-workers, and life with my family. Because of my eating disorder and over exercising it was affected my everyday life. I became very tired through the day. When I woke up in the morning it was as if a train just ran over me. I was getting eight hours of sleep, and still tired. I knew that I was tired from the purging I was doing. By loosing to many nutrients, it can damage a person’s body dramatically. I kept doing it though because I was loosing weight and looking great in my mind. I was at the gym two and three hours daily and they gave me some energy. By the time I got home, I was exhausted. My close, family and friends, commented a few times that I had bags under my eyes and looked worn down. My excuse was I was just tired from working and school. Not only was my body worn down I was starting to get a throat infection. When you purge your friends, weight, life, co-workers, about, family, home, eating, over, loosing, doing, because, work, school, out, much, exercising, dinner, affected, told, tired, time, supportive, knew, hours, every, disorder, day, bathroom, water, very, take, shower, realized, purge
