Our nutrition book states to have a balanced diet you should consume the five major food groups every day: *milk, yougurt, cheese *meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts *vegetables *fruit *bread, cereal, rice, and pasta. Weight Watchers incorporates all of these foods to have a balanced diet. Weight Watchers incorporates exercise into their plan.
