This lifestyle is neither healthy, nor is it desirable. Sure, it could cut down on the risk of skin cancer, but not receiving any ultra violet rays from the sun can lead to depression. Also, by eating a lot and not moving much can cause calories to build up. If they sit around all day without exercise, they will become extremely overweight. After not showering for a long period of time and wearing the same cloths, the couch potato will form a rancid odor. This is a typical trait in couch potatoes. Sometimes they don’t even feel like getting up to shave.
