Two factors, healthy dieting and physical fitness, when neglected are proven to lead to many health problems. As important as these two aspects to a healthy life may be, there is one more aspect that cannot be overlooked. This would be the spirituality of the individual. These three aspects open up a new chapter on how to disguise and distinguish unhealthy portions of the well-being and a strong homeopathic life. Everyone has heard the saying “you are what you eat”.
