If this service is created it is planned to start in mid Fall of 2004. Purpose: The purpose of this report is to determine the feasibility of offering massages on the Long Island Railroad to passengers riding from Penn Station to Long Island or vice versa. Areas of Investigation: Of all the areas to investigate the most important one was to find out if there was an interest with the passengers of the Long Island Railroad to receive massages. This is important because if there is no interest there is no proposal. If there was an interest, the next area to investigate would be how much the passengers would be willing to pay.
