Gluttony America is a fat nation. Today Americans are considered to have the worst diet in the world and are the most overweight people. Why is this' Is it because we are always in such a rush to go to work, and make money that we never stop and eat healthy' We are always just grabbing food on the run, the quick easy meal fix. If you watch television or even in newspapers and magazines, there are all of these new dieting plans and exercise programs. Maybe we should stop and think about what we are eating and how much we eat before we go out and worry about exercising. Is obesity a problem here in America or is that our society just makes it a problem' Americans are not educated enough about eating healthy, and that leads to our nation over eating. For the first time in history more than half of the citizens in this country are overweight, and one out of every five are considered to be seriously obese.
