Sexual Harassment Sexual Harassment in the Business World Today In this day in age there are many laws, guidelines, and rules that are to be followed no matter what. There are some people that do not choose to follow some of these rules and this is a problem. Sexual harassment is one of these rule which should, and I say should, be followed no matter what. The thing is, some people don’t even know what constitutes as sexual harassment and this is a problem in itself. This tends to happen most in the business world, where promotions and advancement are primary goals of all employees. I am not saying that everywhere you go there is an act of sexual harassment, what I am saying is that is does exist and is something that needs to be watched closely.
