Gun Control Gun Control Guns and violence have been around for many years. One question that many people have is , if there is a correlation between the two. Some experts say that as the amount of guns produced and sold to the public increases the amount of violence also increases. But , other experts believe the exact opposite. The constitution states that all men gave the right to bear arms. Does this mean that every man alive can own a gun even if they are insane or criminals' If not what restrictions and consequences have or should have if gun control laws are not followed properly' In order for someone to purchase a gun there are steps to be followed. These steps for purchasing a gun were enforced by the Brady Bill. The Brady Bill was passed in 1993, this bill provided certain guidelines in order to purchase a gun. Such guidelines are a waiting period ( usually sixty to one hundred-twenty days) for future gun owners.
