The modern management of the enterprise has gradually from a single application to a higher level of integration. The modern management has brought great role and opportunities to the enterprise development. Enterprises must correctly understand the role of the modern corporate management, only by this way enterprise can carry out the management jobs successfully.
Management is a implementation process in order to achieve some purpose, including planning, organizing, implementation and control. The purpose of the management is to realize effectiveness of enterprise benefits. The core of the management (most important) is a human. The purpose of the management is to enable the enterprises to get a better forward development, we should draw clearly responsibilities of each position to play its maximum capacity, bring more help to the enterprises. As business managers, the more thing to do is to make a good program performance and a good system and organizational structure.
It is no doubt that the business growth is also the process of the increase of the enterprise resource. The enterprise market resource is the advantage of the competitive enterprise resource. In general, the main objectives of companies gather superior resources are: enterprise need meet the demand of enterprise differences management; enterprise has a large amount of resources to enhance competitive. Human resources and organizational capacity are real, complex combination about the assets and management factors. The evaluation indicators are faster, more agile. It can be reflected in terms of lean manufacturing, high quality production, and rapid reaction to the market.

Loyalty relationship with investors, customers and other stakeholders has become the most important strategic resource. Loyal relationship of Stakeholders on business is undoubtedly the most important strategic resources of enterprise development.
Whether a business management is good or not can be judged with the business operation detail. For example, Procter & Gamble Co.pay more attention to the customer feeling when the enterprise promote new product, they always do some detail investigation among customer. However, some enterprise do not care about customer complaints, some baby milk enterprise sell bad milk powder to parents which lead to a health problem of baby.
The most important role of Managers is to maintain good interaction between company and employees. Managers need know the activity among staff and pass the information of the company, This is the most basic role of the manager. Since the manager is a formal authority, it is a symbol of an organization, so it is a responsibility to perform this. As head of the organization, each manager has a responsibility to preside over a number of ceremonies, such as the reception of important visitors, the wedding of some staff, and the important customers for lunch, etc.. A lot of responsibilities may sometimes be routine, however, they are very important to the organization's ability to run smoothly, cannot be ignored and provide guidance and supervision to staff and the whole organization. The power of the managers comes from the two aspects: the formal authorization of his rank in the organization and his personal qualities, including reputation, skills and personality and so on. The leading individual behavior has impacted on the attitudes and behavior of the employee. The role of the managers has to make contact and coordination about the behavior of individuals and groups within and outside. Within the organization, managers should coordinate the activities of different sectors to improve their level of cooperation in the organization; managers need to establish contacts with suppliers, customers and local communities in external interaction so as to obtain scarce social resources.
