This paper argues that the management is a process that the manager or managing institution, within a certain range, through planning, organizing, controlling, leadership, and so on, to make sure rational allocation and efficient use of the resources owned by the organization (including human, finance, material, time and information),which in order to achieve a predetermined goal of the organization.
Management is the effective integration of enterprise resources to achieve dynamic creative activity about business established objectives and responsibility. It is the information agent, of the enterprises play of many resources of the company. Which itself is a very important resource element of the enterprise. And even a direct impact on determines level of play of the overall effectiveness of enterprise resource. Management resources refer to the elements of enterprise development strategy. Resources are the basis of the company's growth. The development of enterprises is very difficult without the advantages of resources, if the business is unclear about their own resources constitute, they even cannot know us and others, it is impossible to win in the competition. Conversely, if they know the constitution of their own resources, resources that make competitors clearly, then it is possible to accurately judge a variety of situations, so enterprise can be invincible. Therefore, if enterprise want to do a good job of business strategy management, It must be clear the corporate resources, know where their strengths and weaknesses, and strive to gather the superior resources, encourage enterprises to continue to move toward a higher goal.

Thus, the companies need to make decisions depend on the benefits from various stakeholders, and enterprise will give some priority to certain stakeholders, a company's development has closest relationship with all stakeholders, Enterprises should pay attention to the benefits of all stakeholders, not just the interests of a particular shareholder. Stakeholders are closely related to the survival and development of enterprises, because some stakeholders shares business risks, and some stakeholders pay for operating activities, Some stakeholders is responsible for supervise business, Corporate management decisions should to consider their interests or to accept constraints from shareholders.
