1.  For the position of Consultant in ICG, Terry needs the knowledge of Decision Support Systems. Because  DDS is the system to deal with half-structure problems and unstructured problems under the support of computer’s powerful information processing ability. With the knowledge of DDS, Terry could assist in building a  marketing strategy better.
For the position of vice president of marketing in InfoMicro, Terry needs the knowledge of enterprise resource planning. The ERP system is the set of functions, which is used to improve the enterprise’s business process performance. With the knowledge of function of product distribution and order-tracking of ERP, Terry will be more qualified for the position especially in setting marketing strategy and building organization to support the operation.
For the position of department manager in MFG corporation, Terry needs the knowledge of customer relationship management. CRM uses a various information technologies  to track, manage and serve the customers, so that the old customers are retained and new customers are attracted.
    2.  To be a knowledgeable participant in ICG, Terry needs to know the structure of DDS such as the triangle system structure. Besides the man-machine dialogue subsystem is the port between the user and computer which is used to transmit information and orders between the operator and database. What’s more, the knowledge of the creator of DDS is important, which can create a certain DDS according to the decider’s requirement. As a knowledgeable consultant, Terry should have enough technical skills to deal with any problems.
In InfoMicro, Terry should be skillful to use the knowledge of ERP to assist the CMO in setting marketing strategy and develop customers.
In MFG, Terry should focus on the development of new customers. With the knowledge of CRM and software engineering, Terry need to create innovative interaction mechanisms such as customer web-based communities.
    3.  In my opinion, Terry is prepared for the work world awaiting. Because he was about to receive an MBA from the school, so  he could commit himself to the job. Though the lack of knowledge and experience in work can be hard for his start, he can overcome all the difficulties in his work with the learning abilities he got in school.
