Three years later, Santa Cruz scrapped the Blur LT, when it was one of the best-selling bicycles in the world, just because it came up with a better design, and it started the reinvention immediately. 
The other factor is that Santa Cruz cares about the every last detail during the process of design. It tests the bicycles under the most extreme conditions to increase the speed and comfort.

3.  Change management is key of enterprise changes, which happens when the organizations grow slowly and unable to adapt to the change of business environment, so that the enterprise must create organizational change strategy and make the necessary adjustment to improve the process of management, so as to achieve the goal of transition smoothly.
The VVP suspension system of Santa Cruz went through a period of change management, when software implementation changed from CAD to PLM. At that time, Santa Cruz holds the spirit that focus on the details, when new master frame builder and van-size machine were introduced. Therefore, The software implementation is just one component of the change management.
