The negative aspect is that the employees aren’t happy with the GPS based system, so that it diminishes their enthusiasm for the job. The employees are monitored, so that their privacy can not be protected, and their rights of citizens have been violated. What worse the contradictions between the employer and employees grow in breath and in depth.

2.    Reduce his monitoring time, by selecting monitoring time randomly. The employers and employees should reach a agreement that the GPS should work randomly. And in this way, the employees can not be monitored all the time, at the same time employers can not monitor them any time he want. As long as the GPS worked and employer find his workers spare their time, he can punish them by reduce their salary and increase monitoring time, at the same time, The employees who are careful for their work should be awarded.

3.    With more and more companies monitor their employees, employees’ privacy is being violated. The employees have the rights to guard their privacy, and employers also have the right to make their employees put their hearts on work. So a new evaluating mechanism should be created to help both of them. The employees should finish the work in required time. If the workload is hard to measure, mutual supervision should be created among the employees.
