Summary of A Learning Team Drama In One Act

Learning teams is of vital importance for students in this business school. Each of these top-secret study groups are consist of six members featured with mixed gender, nationalities, professional backgrounds, and interests. Recently, one learning team is facing a dangerous situation in which the team may fall apart.

As it’s typical of him, Jones bolted out as he walked into the room in his flamboyant cowboy suit and hat. Smith and Hee Seop Choi had already got there, with their computers set up in front of them. Then came Fitzgerald who walked in and promptly opened his computer and sat behind it. Saunders rushed in at that moment and informed the group that he would be leaving early to pick up his son later that evening from day care since his wife was out of town. At last, Becker strolled into the room wearing a parka.

The meeting started. Fitzgerald began to lead the group with his authoritarian tone sounds like dictation. Hee Seop Choi kept quiet as Smith listened intently with suggestions raised. Jones paid attention as Smith talked and commented in his sultry southern drawl. Baker listened to them and knew they were all wrong. But he said nothing since his doesn’t feel the group would heed his advice. Fitzgerald is furious with the progress of the group work. Jones took the advantage of seeing Hee Seop Choi falling asleep and calling his nickname sarcastically, who was so embarrassment. Smith wanted to help, but hesitated. What should she do to save the group?
